This article is known to analyze Steve Jobs and his control over the media as an organization Pixar 1986 through 2006. The two integrated theories of Steve Jobs used transactional leadership and transformational leadership. Through a combination of these two theories I have noticed that Steve Jobs managed to create his own brand of charismatic leadership. Steve Jobs, in a sense, looks, these theories as two stages of a movement. Who is Steve Jobs? In 1986 Steve Jobs bought a Graphics Group from Lucasfilm Computer Graphics Division. Though he bought it for $ 10 million, this was considered a cheap acquisition. George Lucas was in the process of some financial difficulties. It was through a divorce and during this time in California is the spouse receives half of everything. George Lucas did not want the financial control of his Star Wars enterprise, he will be losing his ex-wife made a financial settlement. Lucas thought that the sale of its computer graphics company was the fastest way he could generate more revenue. He expects that 100 million to get to the business. Steve Jobs has given the company for only 10 million. Jobs, the company moved to Emeryville, California, and named it Pixar. This purchase was one of several strategic steps Steve Jobs made from 1986 to 2006. While making these decisions was Steve Jobs involving transactional and transformational leadership. Transactional to Transformational Debra Nelson, in her book describes how Organizational Behavior jobs from Atari and eventually began his own company called Apple Computer. Jobs was a visionary and his software design brought immediate financial success to his employer in the present, but Jobs was looking to the future. Wayne Gretzky was often asked about his success in hockey. Gretzky would always say that he is not on where the puck is at the center, he focuses on where the puck is. This is a saying that Steve Jobs often quoted. He was always ready to "see where the puck was in the field of computer technology. This is not sit well with many of his employer. The CEO of Apple essentially "replaced" Steve Jobs for his visionary talk. It was at this point that jobs created another company called NeXT Computer. Steve Jobs also bought what is now Pixar. To demonstrate these actions on his part, "the kind of rhetorical work, a leader in transforming mode must do if he faced embedded with an employee (Apple Computer) stated in a business mode. It offers further insights into the rhetorical features that Steve Jobs' discourse so persuasive "(Nelson 248). Steve Jobs convinced many people to follow him when he planned to build the future of computing.
