May 2010, Nokia have filed a complaint against Apple computers saying that it is infringing with the iPhone, iPhone 3G, 3GS, and iPad 3g. Nokia is saying that it is harmed by Apples use of Nokia's technology. This filing is nothing new in fact. Nokia has actually field a complaint, another Nokia iPad Lawsuit back in October 2009 saying that APlle infringed 10 of its patents partaining to wireless technologies.
Nokia says, Apple's unauthorized use of the patents in their iPhone/iPad line products has demanaged their reputation. According to IDC research, Nokia is the worlds top handset maker, with an estimated market share of 39% of the international market (1st quarter of 2010). Apple on the other hand is at position number 3, behind BlackBerry maker RIM (research in Motion).
