You can change the look of your iPhone email, along with other features as desired. The iPhone includes a variety of features in the mail program that can be customized. To change the default settings of your mail iPad, always start by following these steps:
A) Make sure you are on the home screen. If not, press the "Start"
B) Press "Setup"
C) Tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" in the left pane of the Settings page.
D) Once you click "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" panel on the right allow you to customize the items listed below and more.

Custom Signatures - The signature by default on the iPad is "Sent from my iPhone". If you want to delete the message privacy, or want to add a custom signature just click "signature" to write your unique message. At the time of writing the built in iPhone mail application does not allow several unique signatures for each email account. This could pose a problem for those using the iPhone for business and personal use, and uses a unique signature for each. For those who want custom signatures or each e-mail address, e-mail clients are available for third party iPhone that allow a level of customization.
Mail Preview - By default, the iPhone will display a two-line text for each email. You can not change this view up to five lines by clicking on "Preview."
By default mail account - The iPad will allow multiple email accounts. However, if you have a primary email account you use for everything, consider that account as the default mail. This will be the chosen email account for all outgoing messages. Of course, you can always change the account outgoing mail messages before clicking "submit."
